I’m using webhooks to cause one zap to trigger a second zap. In one situation (see attachment), the catch web hook step doesn’t seem to work correctly, because the subsequent step (Find Record) is unable to using the value for the lookup value. But in another situation (other attachment), the catch hook step functions correctly, and the Find Record step succeeds.
I’m not experienced with webhooks, so perhaps there is a way to configure them so that they work more reliably. I’ve included a photo of how I’ve configured the post web hook step.
Any help or tips greatly appreciated!!
