Uploading Files to attach to Zendesk tickets

I am trying to have Zapier catch a file in a hook and add that to a Zendesk ticket. The file isn’t properly coming through in the hook. Do you have any examples of making this type of configuration work?

Before I send screenshots of everything is this type of behavior something you support? Additionally how does Zapier accept the file? Through a normal POST request? Is there anything specific the POST request needs to contain for the file to be accepted?
