Hey Friends, I have connected my Facebook Lead form with Zapier, I wish to post the incoming lead to a CRM that is not listed in the zapier supported CRMs, which is why I am using WebHook by Zapier to create a POST request with collected Lead data from Facebook.

Everything works fine, but the Zap does not fire automatically when a new lead is created, I need to come to Zap > Edit it > pick a New record from Test tab > Then Push it and then it gets posted.

Please Let me know what step I am missing to fire the trigger Instantly and hit the API automatically.

 

I also tried collecting the Leads in a GoogleSheet through Zapier, but I had the same issue it does not get collected automatically, I need to push them like shared in the screenshots below.

 

 

Please let me know what could be changed in the setup to get the leads instantly.
