Troubleshooting Zapier not sending messages when changing connected database

A

when I test my zap,it can massage to my recieved app.But when I change my data app connected to zapier,the zapier do not work.I do not know where is the mistake of my zap.Can you tell me?

And another one question is when I choose the date file to connect to the zap,it only can choose one part of my whole datebase,I want to choose all of my datebase not just one part of it.

I hopethere is someone who can help me.

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible in the CONFIGURE tab so we can see which apps you are trying to use and how.
