The trigger in Step 3 is not sending the Zapier POST to Twin's webhook. Dose anyone know how to figure out how to discover what is wrong?

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap step is configured along with the link to the Twin documentation you referenced to configure the Zap step with the POST request.

Were you able to get the webhook sent by the Zap? If you did, would you be up for sharing how you fixed it? This would be super helpful to others having similar trouble. 🙏
If not, can you share some screenshots of the setup like Troy mentioned? You can use a tool like Zappy to remove any personal info like names, API Keys etc. before sharing.
