Question

Some Zendesk users are update with my Hubspot data via my webhook zap but others are not, why?

Hi,

Could anyone help me?

I’am facing an issue, I have created a zap that gets NPS rating from Hubspot and send it to Zendesk.

In that zap I used a webhook, below is how I update Zendesk fields

 

The issue with this zap is for some Hubspot contacts it works but for some others it doesn’t work.

I tried to compare contacts that work and those that don’t, there is no differences.

So, I am lost.

Has anyone encountered this kind of issue?

Could you help me?
