Sample AutoTask REST API Calls

Hi,

Im relatively new to REST API and learning all the time.

I currently have some of the out of the box Zaps working fine but I would like to see how far I can take the integration.

Im generally pretty good in reverse engineering something so wondered if anyone had any sample queries I could take a look at please.

For example, I would like to configure Zapier to query a company and provide a list of all open tickets and status.

Try one of these advanced Zap actions to use the Autotask API.

If you need help, asking ChatGPT is a great resource.
