Optimizing Zapier Workflow for Picqer to Notion Integration

Hello everyone,

I'm working on integrating Picqer.com with Notion using Zapier and would love some advice on optimizing my workflow to minimize the number of tasks. Here’s my current process:

  1. Picqer sends data to a Catch Webhook in Zapier.
  2. I need to format the data because some values need to be changed from a numbered ID to a Name.
  3. The Zap then creates a database item in Notion.

I want to ensure this process takes the least amount of tasks possible. I'm considering using a queue system or combining multiple steps into one. Has anyone tackled a similar integration or have any tips on how to streamline this process effectively?

Any advice on using Code by Zapier for the formatting step or other strategies would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Zapstunter

For us to have more context, we would need a better understanding of the data transformations you are trying to do.

Best to outline a representative example.
