Hello,

Since several weeks and months, we have a issu on one of our zap. We have an message that indicates "The app returned "Internal Server Error" (HTTP Status Code: 500)".

The aim of this Zap is to check if the email that our lead entered, is correct. So, when a lead arrives in our CRM, the Zap get in a Webhook the API via an URL from Captain Verify, and check the email. After checking, the information goes back in our CRM to indicate to our employee wether or not, the email is correct.

The Zap worked well until several weeks or months. I don't understand why and what has changed. I already checked the trigger, the connection, the API and I'm also in contact with the support of Captain Verify, but they don’t really understand why it’s not working.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

Thank you!

Hi @Marketing TSMF

For us to have more info, provide the link to the API endpoint documentation you used to configure the API request in the Zap step.

Try putting the query string parameters in the Query String Params section instead of in the URL field.

  • apikey
  • email
