I am in the Dark, please Help

I have set up this zap and workflow more than 10 times. In the record, I see that ChatGPT responds, but the response does not come through as an SMS to my cell phone or on the HighLevel platform where I coordinate conversations. What can I do, and why is this happening? Can you help me, please?
