How to use Zapier webhook with ChatGPT API (test mode not working)?

Hello, I did a ZAP and I catch a webhook from formdesk and it sends a prompt to chat gpt. When I wanted to test chat gpt it says it is not possible. Do I have to buy chat gpt to use API?
