How to setup a webhook with a payment platform (URL)

Webhooks: Need assistance.

I am trying to connect a payment processor via webhooks.
I created the Webhooks in the payment platform.

Afterwards I setup on Zapier and got my webhook URL - but I don't know where to add.

I am trying to connect the payment platform to create Trello Cards, Rows on a Google Sheet and a Google Doc. I was able to do it via PayPal (without webhooks), but I am lost on how to do it with this new platform.
