How to set the email opt-in option for Bricksbuilder webhook to ensure emails are sent?

we have a similar problem - not with Facebook, but with a webhook from our Bricksbuilder web form. 

The data all arrive correctly and the contact is in the correct list as requested - but unfortunately no automated email is sent to this contact. "Opt In" is set to True. The only difference I can see is the timestamp in the contact overview of the list in keap - maybe this is the reason? Can you help here?
