How to separate data from raw hook in webhooks?

Hi, I’m trying to separate the data of my raw webhooks but can’t seem to fix it. I know there’s another submission in the community that’s been answered but it isn’t working for me.

I am getting my input from manychat, on a POST request type. How can I segment the first name, last name, email, time & person variables into a spreadsheet without posting all of it together?
