Noob here. I set up a scheduler to perform an instagram post at a certain time. I cant make sense of or find any guidance on how the post itself is created or stored somewhere prior to posting. I can go via API request, selected http method POST, then it wants a url. At this point I have no idea what to do, or if I have even gone down the right path. I’ve found no tutorial about this. Help?

I got a bit further by selecting instagram for business.. Since i cant see how to delete this query I’ll update it.
Under photo it asks “enter text or insert data”. How do I select, as is suggested, an “actual file” in this window rather than a url (the alternative suggestion) for a photo that’s on my drive?
