Hi I have some data in my google sheet. I want to send that data into my website. So, How can I solve it with zapier?

simple lead generate web app using node js.  I have find out a problem. zapier passing data from google sheet to webhook but when google sheet get updated. zapier not taking any update from sheet. like google sheet showing valid zapier showing valid also then when google sheet get update to not valid zapier still showing valid.
