How to autofill an ActiveCampaign form using data from Zapier

Dear community,

I am trying to autofill an ActiveCampaign form using the data I received from a different source.

From my perspective, it should be possible to let Zapier send the data “firstname” and “email” to my form URL and then submit the form so that ActiveCampaign can start the double-optin process.

The structure of the autofilled ActiveCampaign form look e.g. https://myaccountname.activehosted.com/f/1?Firstname=%FIRSTNAME%&email=%EMAIL%

%FIRSTNAME% and %EMAIL% are getting replaced by the real data.

However I don’t understand, how to set up the Webhook by Zapier and I’ve already tried multiple versions…

I believe that I need to use the POST event and payload type form. But how do I need to configure the data fields/ data mapping?

I would really appreciate you help for a solution to this problem would have a massive impact to my day to day business.

Thank you all in advance

Vivien

Hi @foxy2022

NOTE: You may not be able to submit the form via this method as it is for prefill of form fields.

Help us have more info by posting screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.
