How do I ping specific roles in Discord based on keywords in an Webhook RSS feed?

I have an RSS webhook ongoing. 

Let’s say the title for one post on the RSS feed is “A Zebra Was Found in the Wild”. Then, the post title for another post contains “A Giraffe Was Found in the Wild.”

Is it possible to ping the @Zebra role if the post title contains “Zebra”, and the @Giraffe role if the post title contains “Giraffe”?
