I am very new to automation and API calls. We have a vendor that has a developer portal. Here’s the link:

Is it possible to use Zapier to make calls (if I’m using that term correctly) to these APIs? Or is Postman or something else a better solution for this? 

Just not sure where to start.

Yes, you can make custom API calls with these API's. You will have to use Webhooks by Zapier for this.
