I’m looking to integrate the Optix software (used for managing our customer database) with Zapier via API, as this is the only way to access the data—there are no webhooks or automatic exports available. I have received a Swagger link from Optix: http://webapi1.optix.be/api/swagger/ui/index, but I’m not familiar with how to work with APIs in Zapier.
I need help setting up a Zap that can:
- Automatically upload new customer emails to Mailchimp when a new client is added to Optix.
- Send a reminder email 11 months after a glasses purchase, prompting the customer to schedule a check-up.
- Send a reminder email 1 month before a customer's contact lens supply runs out, encouraging them to reorder.
How can I set this up in Zapier using the API? Any guidance on authentication, retrieving data, and setting up triggers would be greatly appreciated!
