Getting 400 on WebHook to BrandBot

We have several Zaps currently doing a similar process, just using a different BrandBot form. However, a new Zap keeps throwing a 400 Bad Request. I am taking a Facebook Lead and posting it to BrandBot via the Custom Request in Webhooks by Zapier.

Any help would be appreciated.
