Facebook Form with multiple answers [doesn't detect parameter]

we have a problem with the integration of the facebook form, I try to explain in detail what happens:

when we try to send the parameters from the facebook contact generation form we cannot select the multiple choice parameter on the zapier dashboard because within the list of parameters it seems that zapier does not detect it, how can we solve this problem?

we have already checked the permissions and they are all there!

The sample lead in my Zap doesn't have the custom fields from my form

If your form has never been used, a generic lead may be created with default fields. You can create a test that uses the actual fields from your form by using the Facebook Lead Ads testing tool.

Tip

If you've already used this tool to send a lead you'll have to delete that lead before you can submit another one.
