Hi everyone! I’m having some issues with the Facebook Conversions API. Zapier is definitely sending events to FB, and FB is receiving them but the Facebook event manager says: “Event Match Quality: Poor” 😓
I’ve been trying to figure out why, as it looks like I’m sending the necessary information to FB. Reading through the conversions API documentation, I noticed two things in particular:
- Hashing required - Zapier says they handle this
- “Convert all characters to lowercase.” I’m not currently doing this on my Zapier action. Do I need to for the hash to be correct?
