Facebook Ads Conversions API Error Message

I am trying to use Zapier to connect Squarespace form submissions to Facebook Conversions API. I’ve tried with two separate websites/Facebook Ads accounts, and have gotten the same error both times:

 

 "(#200) Requires business_management permission to manage the object”

 

I am a full admin on both Facebook Ads, Facebook Business, and Squarespace accounts, so I don’t know why I would be getting this message. 

 

Has anyone else experienced and/or fixed this issue? I cannot find any documentation about it online.

Hi there @evergreenemily,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Before we dig deeper, could you please open the Facebook account linked to the Zap. 
 
After that, kindly navigate the following:

  1. Click the profile picture in the top right of Facebook.
  2. Select Settings & privacy, then click Settings.
  3. Click Business Integrations on the left side.

You should see Zapier should have all the checkboxes enabled. I see past reports of users experiencing this same error message when one of these permissions was missing. Here is a screenshot to illustrate this:

After that, please reconnect your Facebook account in the “Apps” page.
