Can I customize the response that zapier sends after triggering a webhook? With make that is very easy and comfortable.

No, not functionality is not available for webhook responses.

It’s a feature request many have requested.

I wouldn’t say Zapier ignores feature requests, rather they prioritize feature requests across their suite of product and ~8,000+ Zap app integrations.
