I am trying to create a loop in Dotloop for when a contract is created in my FollowUp Boss CRM. Its giving me this error that “ Cannot verify agent code”. I am inputting all the correct information but it says MLS ID. I put my agent ID but I dont think my MLS has an ID. Any one else having this issue. Everything else took and the first part of the zap worked with the followup Boss

In order of for us to have more context, post screenshots with how your steps are outlined and configured.

This is literally the last step! I dont know what it means by agent code.

We will need to see how Zap Step 2 is configured to have context about the error.

 

I properly routed all the information from Followup Boss to Dotloop and it matched up perfectly. When i tried to test out the last step, it gave the image originally posted. Im not sure what it means

Issue may be related to the field: Your Agent MLS ID

It may take process of elimination to isolate the field causing the error.
