Can I create a full workflow with the Zapier API?

I am new to Zapier, and want to be able to create a full workflow, from selecting the trigger apps to the result, all from the Zapier API (my app is not published as a public integration). Is this possible?

@Oteiza-a If some of the steps / triggers are available in Zapier, perhaps you can just use the webhook by Zapier for the part where your app is not a public integration.
