Best approach for retrieving transactions list from custom integrated app's API

Hello,

I have successfully completed the authentication process for our custom app integration.

Now, I am working with triggers and zaps. My current scenario involves using the finance API of our app to retrieve transactions. I want to configure it in a way that when a new transaction is created in our app, it is automatically added to Xero as well.

What approach should I use in this scenario?

I have attached screenshots of my progress so far.
