I'm interested in using Zapier to integrate Facebook page chats into our company software while anonymizing customer names. For instance, if a customer named "John Wick" sends a message to our Facebook page, we want it to be received in our software under a pseudonym like "lead001", ensuring our employees handling customers do not see the original names.
If this setup is feasible with Zapier, I'd like to know the cost implications, especially if we anticipate receiving 100 million or more messages per month through our Facebook page.
