Hi There

Has anyone successfully setup with Zapier the function when Calendly Cancels an Appointment that Zapier Triggers the Corresponding Appointment to then be cancelled in ACT!.

Any help would be appreciated. Very new to Zapier and trying to work my way through this. We have the function where an Appointment gets booked in Calendly that Zapier Triggers ACT! to search for the customer via email and book the appointment under that customer in the database very seamlessly, just cant figure out out to reverse (cancel) in the process.

Thanks for any help anyone can provide

Hi @ASW Accounting

For us to have more context, post screenshots with how your current Zap is outlined, so we’re able to see which ACT steps you are using.

The solution may involve using the ACT! API: https://www.act.com/developer/

This is how its laid out.

In Calendly there is a function for “Invitee Cancelled in Calendly” but if you use it in the same frame with “Find or create contact in ACT!” all it does is create an appointment since thats what its telling ACT! to do whether its a “Cancellation” or “Creation” event in Calendly.

There does not seem to be a function in Zapier with ACT to “Find or remove activity”

Maybe is something that can be done custom? New with Zapier and the ACT! vendor also has limited experience with Zapier as well.

Unfortunately, it's probably all over my head with my limited experience. Is there an economical way to quote out someone that could accomplish this for us. I am thinking likely its pretty pedestrian for someone that knows how.
