While attempting to connect Zeffy to Zapier, I encountered the following error:

Authentication failed: Invalid access token in authorization request header

Steps Taken to Resolve the Issue

  • I clicked on the official Zeffy Zapier integration link provided in their support documentation.
  • I tried connecting using private/incognito browsing mode.
  • I switched to a different browser, specifically Firefox, to rule out browser-specific issues.

Despite these efforts, the error persists and I am unable to establish a successful connection between Zeffy and Zapier.

 

Anyone have a similar issue and know how to resolve it?
