Hi there! I’m the product owner for Out of Office Assistant for Jira cloud. It’s a plugin that allows to A) automatically reassign work away from users who are out of the office to colleagues who are on duty and B) warn customers and colleagues that you are or are going to be on leave.
We have just published two actions in Zapier so that these rules can be activated when users block time off in their calendars (Google Calendar, Outlook) or when they have time off requests approved in their HR systems (for example Personio, BambooHR, Factorial). But we’d like to help many more Zapier users!
