We’ve been using Zapier for several years to populate Survey Monkey responses into our CRM. We usually just copy the existing zap and update the name of the new survey. We always run a test response just to make sure everything is working as expected. The tests were fine and the zap was published.
When the survey was sent out, no responses came through. I checked for new responses in the zap editor and it was able to pull in additional responses. However when it was live, still no responses. I reached out to support, but the only suggestion was to turn it off for 30 seconds and turn it back on.
Unfortunately, I was unaware that our user name for Survey Monkey had changed. The password was still the same, but this change should have been picked up in the build process. After I updated the login, the responses started coming in again.
I’m posting this here as a heads up to anyone that might experience the same issue with Survey Monkey.
