⚠️ Points of Failure for Zaps

 

Zaps have 3 Points of Failure:

  1. Apps used in Zaps
    1. If an app used in a Zap step has issues
    2. Check the App’s status page.
      1. Example for Airtable: https://status.airtable.com
  2. Zapier infrastructure
    1. If infrastructure used by Zapier has issues
    2. Check the Zapier Status Page: https://status.zapier.com
  3. Human interference
    1. If a human modifies a Zap
      1. Check the Zap > Details ( i ) > Change History
        OR
    2. If a human modifies elements in an App that are relied up by the Zap
      1. Check the history logs of changes in the app (if available)
