🛠️ Tech Stack: Zapier | Facebook Page | LinkedIn (Personal & Company Page) | Instagram Business | Zoom

⚡ Das 5-Zap-System im Überblick:

1️⃣ Schedule Trigger: Startet jeden Tag exakt um 09:00 Uhr morgens.

2️⃣ Facebook Page Zap:

Moderator edit to include translation of original message:

I set up a new automation workflow that saves an enormous amount of time, especially for event organizers, webinars, and B2B service providers.

🎯 The task: Every day at 9:00 AM, an event invitation (with invitation text, Zoom link, and graphic) should be posted automatically across multiple social media channels.

🛠️ Tech stack: Zapier | Facebook Page | LinkedIn (Personal & Company Page) | Instagram Business | Zoom

⚡ The 5-Zap system at a glance:

1️⃣ Schedule trigger: Starts every day at exactly 9:00 AM.

2️⃣ Facebook Page Zap:

Publishes the post on the company page.

3️⃣ LinkedIn Personal Zap: Shares the invitation on the personal profile for more organic reach.

4️⃣ LinkedIn Company Zap: Posts on the company page for B2B brand presence.

5️⃣ Instagram Business Zap: Publishes the post image & text on Instagram.

⚠️ Key lessons & hurdles from real-world use:

  • Instagram connection: Only works with a true Instagram Business account linked to a Facebook Page (Creator or personal accounts fail at the API level).

  • Image format / Canva issue: Social media platform APIs don't accept preview or edit links from Canva. Solution: You need to pass a direct image URL (e.g. direct image hosting of the webinar layout).

💡 Takeaway: With this setup, manual morning posting is gone entirely. All channels are updated consistently and on time, while the Zoom link is reliably distributed.
