I wanted to know how user are using our proptech saas. So I built a backend system that logs user data and shows the daily activity. Now I can segment these users into groups and sent me alerts with zapier if they are at risk of churn. What do you think can we also do with this data?

Would you be open to sharing some screenshots (with any personal information like names, emails etc. obscured/removed) of your Zap’s setup for the alerts? I’m sure plenty of folks here in the Community would love to see how you put it together.
