We wanted to share a recent build we just launched that’s already making a real impact on how we qualify and interact with leads at Hashlogics, 

Using Zapier, we created a fully functional AI-powered lead generation chatbot hosted here:
Hashlogics Leads Chatbot

The goal was to create a smart assistant that could:

• Instantly engage curious website visitors

• Answer questions about our company, tech stack, services, and success stories

• Collect lead details for follow-up

• Reduce back-and-forth in early sales conversations

What we customized and integrated:
We built the bot with Zapier’s OpenAI integration as the brain and trained it on:

• Our full Clutch and Upwork profile

• Our live website content

• Internal documentation of 50+ successful projects

• Unique insights from our approach to AI automation, SaaS platforms, and no-code development (including work in FlutterFlow, Bubble, Supabase, and more)

Visitors can interact with the chatbot conversationally. It understands questions like:

"What AI tools has Hashlogics built recently?"
"Can you tell me about your healthcare projects?"
"What’s your proudest experience with React Native or FlutterFlow?"

The bot collects lead info using a Zap that routes details into our CRM and internal Slack for fast follow-up.

Results so far?
We’ve already had inbound visitors qualify themselves and discover relevant past work; saving time for both them and our sales team. We’re now expanding this setup to handle support routing and onboarding FAQs.
