Step 1: Create Your Google Form

Add questions like:

Make sure you collect email (so participants can receive the certificate).
Step 2: Connect Google Form to Google Sheets

Click on Responses → Link to Sheets

Every new response will be logged in Google Sheets (this is where IssueBadge reads data).
Step 3: Prepare Your Certificate Template

Design your certificate in Canva / Google Slides / PowerPoint (blank template).

Export as PDF.

Upload the template into IssueBadge.com.
Step 4: Upload Responses to IssueBadge

Download the Google Sheets responses (CSV/Excel).

Go to IssueBadge.com.

Choose Bulk Certificate Tool.

Upload your template and the response file.

Map fields (e.g., Name → Full Name, Email → Email).
Step 5: Add Verification & QR Code

In IssueBadge:

Enable “Generate QR Code” (this links back to a verifiable URL).

Each certificate will have its unique verification page.

Add metadata (event name, date, organizer, etc.) for credibility.

Step 6: Send Certificates Automatically

IssueBadge generates certificates with embedded QR code + verification link.

You can email them directly through IssueBadge OR download and share manually.

To make sure participants understand they’ll receive a verifiable certificate:
Question Title: “Would you like to receive a digital certificate (with QR verification) from IssueBadge?”
Options:
