Did you know GDrive automatically makes a PDF version of the file available?
Simply search for “application/pdf” in the returned response data of the Zap step!

Hello Troy,
thx for sharing. Question, is there a possibility to save the pdf with a variabel name. I create invoices through Zapier. Via Gsheets and GDocs I create the invoices, now I would like to save them in PDF with the invoice number as name, which is in the spreadsheet.
Best Regards, Thomas
Hi @Waggie
Yes, use the Zap action: GDrive Upload File
Hi @Troy Tessalone ,
Great that worked very well! Thx.

@Troy Tessalone I am getting a timeout error when uploading to GDrive and issues using the application/pdf link as email attachments
Make sure the GDrive files are publicly accessible to be used in the Zaps.
You can either change the parent GDrive Folder permission settings so that all the files within the folder inherit those permission settings.
OR you can add this Zap step:
Hi!

Now I would like to do the following:
When a new doc is added to this folder, I would like to convert it to a pdf and being sent to a specific e-mail adress.
Could you help me please?
Hi @Elina
Try these Zap steps:
Trigger: GDrive - New File in Folder
This should return the pdf version of the GDoc
Action: Gmail - Send Email
Hey guys,
This thread mentions also addressing google sheets but I can't find it here. I am currently looking to be able to export google worksheets as separate PDF's. The first is a master board, the second one with info. Around 30-40 worksheets after that (that are based on the master board) need to be exported as PDF. How do I do this?
Hi @jasperpeeters
