Hi everyone!

I wanted to share how I use Zapier with the company I work for. The following links are Youtube videos that show 8 different Zaps that I currently use on a daily basis.

What’s the most useful zap you’ve built?

These are the top 3 zaps, based on number of tasks performed:

The first one creates a folder in Google Drive after a new potential was created in Zoho CRM, and also links the folder with the potential. We call this folder the “customer” folder

The second one moves PDF documents to the “customer” folder in Google Drive.

The third one sends an SMS to our customers with information about the appointment they scheduled with us. It is triggered using a webhook that Zoho CRM invokes.
