Hi all! I’m excited to share a video tutorial of our updated Zapier integration from Cradl AI.
 

In the tutorial, we automatically extract data from an email attachment in Gmail, and export the data to Google Sheets.

Our email attachments will be receipts, but you can use other documents if you like (invoices, purchase order, shipping documents, etc.)

 

Steps:

  1. Monitor a Gmail inbox for New email with Zapier.
  2. New email triggers Cradl AI to automatically extract data from the email attachment using Cradl’s AI model (+ Google Gemini if you enable it). 
  3. The extracted data is exported into Google Sheets if the extracted data is correct. If the extracted data is incorrect, it will be exported once you have corrected it (human-in-the-loop review).
