Hey folks, here’s a super quick tutorial on how to setup round robin in Zapier

The Old Way vs The New Way

Traditionally, setting up round robin in Zapier required either of following:

• Creating storage values for counters
• Setting up lookup tables or Google Sheets
• Managing MOD functions and formulas
• Writing Javascript for reset logic
• Maintaining multiple Zap steps

With the EnforcedFlow Round Robin action, it’s as simple as:

• Add the Round Robin action to your Zap (1)
• Enter your team members as key-value pairs, give the group a name (2)
• That’s it! The action will round robin and return the next option each time
• Bonus: You can use the same group with same option in other Zaps!

Set up an action using EnforcedFlow connection

Step 2

Pick “Return Next Item (Round Robin)”

Step 3

Configure the action by giving a name for the group of options and set options as key value pair. In below example I am sending an email to the sales person so for the key I have used the email address.

Done

Each time the step is executed, you will get the next option. EnforcedFlow will remember your last options and always return the next option.
