Hello everyone! I need some help figuring this out. It seems that data from Webconnex isn’t being added to the specific list and tagged in Constant Contact after payments are processed. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

Can you give us a bit more information about what data isn’t being added? For example, is it certain contact details that are selected from the RegFox trigger which aren’t being added? Or is the tag not added to the contact? 

And can you please share some screenshots showing the Configuration section for each Constant Contact action, as well as any error messages you might be seeing? This will help to give us a bit more context on what might be preventing the data from being added as expected. Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing - you can use a tool like Zappy for that.
