Data field sometimes does not get pulled

Hi,I have a Zap from ActiveCampaign to Vcita. It's triggered by a 'New automation webhook', which gets called in AC at the end of an automation. Part of that automation involves setting the value in a custom field. 99%, the Zap pulls the value from the field correctly. But sometimes it does not pull the value of the field, instead passing a blank value to Vcita. But the contact in ActiveCampaign shows a non-blank value. Why? Here is the entry in ActiveCampaign with value setHere is the Zap for the data output of ActiveCampaign. Note there is no "Marketing Source" field that pulled: Normally there would be a "Marketing Source" field set in step one above. For someone reason it is not in this instance. Why?

"Got a non-object result" error when testing a Zap

We are building our first app integration with Dynamic Fields, but are getting a "Got a non-object result" error message when testing the Zap that uses the integration...The app Action integration is set up like this...Notice that the "results" we return are the response.headers as a JSON String (see 2nd image below). That's because if we parse the response.headers first, when we test the below Zapier complains that we did not return a string (see 1st image below).We get an "[object Object]" is not a String ERROR if we parse the headers and return an OBJECT... We return a STRING... (the response.headers as JSON), we get no error on this step. BUT... in the Zap shown at the top of this post we get the "Got a non-object response' error.Thus one step requires us to return a STRING, then the next step demands an OBJECT.What are we conceptually missing? What are we doing wrong? What do we need to do do get this working?Thanks for your help!

Data In - Line Items to Data Out - Columns

Hi - I've got 3 line items (Item, Qty, Price) from WooCommerce via the WooCommerce-Zapier extension.I'm trying to output these in columns with a header (Item, Qty, Price), but I can't see how to do it.The line items come in as 3 separate comma delimited listsAny clues or pointers anyone?Many thanksSeamus

Gmail to Evernote - Format of Request data incorrect

I'm very new to Zapier. I am trying to set up a Zap that will move any email I put in a specific folder in Gmail TO Evernote. I'm getting an error that says "Format of Request data incorrect". I have no idea how to troubleshoot this. Ideas?

Hello ,when I'm fetching data from SQL Server view to Zoho CRM , some options in Zap are missing and not showing , also Zap shows below message : "The Zap Editor does not currently support these fields".Do you have any idea about this ?thanks

Zapier shows data field but when Zap works data does not appear in a created Google Doc

Using Zapier to create a google doc from a template when a new response is created in google forms. Placeholders a set up correctly in the doc template and show on Zapier. All placeholders show up as optional field in Zapier. However, when I tested the zap, only non-text data is transferring from forms into the template. Zapier actually shows the field but when Zap works non-text data does not appear in the created Google Doc. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Why isn't the folders show up in the Workspace?

When I'm creating a ZAP I poll the dropdown for the folders and I get no results. I'm creating a zap that creates a new list from a scheduled event from Calendly and want a list item to show up from the new booking in the process. The folders are not showing up in the Clickup Zap.

2-Step Verification Text Forwarding

I’m working with a company that has 2-step verification setup on quite a few systems using a specific phone number that each employee does not have access to. This same company also uses Slack internally. Is anyone aware of a method to create a phone number that can be used as their primary 2-step verification phone number and would then have the ability to forward to Slack in a Zap?In a scenario where I attempted to update their Amazon Seller’s account with a Google Voice phone number, it informed me that “this number is not valid”. I then attempted to utilize Twilio… The number was accepted, however the code was not forwarding at all and thus was undetected by Zapier to forward into Slack.
