  • Status: Implemented
  • Details: The New Purchase Order trigger can be set up for all purchase orders or when they enter a specific status for the first time.

  • Feature: A new trigger - Create Project
  • Status: Implemented
  • Details: The Create Project action can create a project for a specific organization and contact.

  • Feature: New “Discount Amount” support for Create Sales Invoice
  • Status: Implemented
  • Details: The action Create Sales Invoice now supports a “Discount Amount” input field (in addition to the previously existing “Discount %” field)

  • Feature: New input fields for Create Sales Invoice
  • Status: Implemented
  • Details: The action Create Sales Invoice now has additional Contact input fields:
    • Contact Address fields
    • Contact Phone fields
    • Contact Bank Account
    • Contact Tax Number
    • Contact Number fields (not only Contact Name and Contact Email Address)

  • Status: Implemented
  • Details: The action Create Sales Invoice now includes the invoice’s URL (for invoices that are not in a “draft” status)

  • Issue: Not all “Bank Accounts” are showing for the action Create Bank Transaction
  • Status: Resolved
  • Details: For the action Create Bank Transaction, the input field “Bank Account” now lists all bank accounts (not only those that have a “Code” assigned to them)

  • Status: Implemented
  • Details: The Allocate Credit Note to Invoice action can only be used with credit notes with a status of 'AUTHORISED' (Approved)

  • Feature: A new action - Update Sales Invoice
  • Status: Implemented
  • Details: The Update Sales Invoice action can be used to update existing sales invoices, but adding line items should use the Add Items to Existing Sales Invoice action instead

  • Feature: New input fields for Create/Update Contact
  • Status: Implemented
  • Details: The action Create/Update Contact now supports additional input fields:
    • “Contact Number”
    • “Company Number”
    • “Payment Terms” (including day of the month and type of terms)
    • “Secondary Person” fields

  • Feature: A new search - Find Item (and Find or Create Item) 
  • Status: Implemented
  • Details: The Find Item search can use an item’s name or code (and optionally create an item if one is not found)

  • Issue: Due dates are not being set properly for the Create Sales Invoice action
  • Status: Resolved
  • Details: For the integration, a fix was made for the Create Sales Invoice action so that due dates are properly set and not incorrectly adjusted due to time zones
