This post is dedicated to providing updates on bug fixes, enhancements, and new features added to the Pipedrive <> Zapier Integration. Please refer to the comments below for the latest information changes.

  • Feature: The Find Activity search now supports an exact-match option
  • Status: Implemented
  • Details: Previously, the Find Activity search only support a fuzzy search. With a new “Search Type” input field, you can choose whether you want to use an exact or fuzzy match for this search.

  • Feature: Additional input fields for the Create Activity and Update Activity actions
  • Status: Implemented
  • Details: The ​​​​​​Create Activity and Update Activity now have several additional input fields:

    • “Due Date” and “Due Time” as separate fields (instead of combined)

      • along with a new "Use Combined Date and Time?" field so you can choose between the options
    • “Lead”
    • “Location”
    • “Public description”
    • “Free/busy”

  • Feature: The Updated Person trigger now supports an option to select which field to trigger on (instead of all updates) 
  • Status: Implemented
  • Details: Previously, the Updated Person trigger would trigger on any updated field on a Person in Pipedrive. We’ve implemented a new version of the Updated Person trigger with an optional “Person Fields” input field where you can select a specific field to watch for updates for instead of all updates.

  • Details: The new Add Label to Person action can add a specific label to a Person in Pipedrive.

  • Feature: A new search - Find Multiple Deals
  • Status: Implemented
  • Details: Previously, the Find Deals search only returned information about one Deal in Pipedrive. To support workflows when multiple Deals might match a specific search, we’ve created a new Find Multiple Deals search with line-item support.​​​​
