  • Issue: For the New Contact trigger, the output fields for the sample/test data did not match the output fields when the Zap is triggered live.
  • Status: Resolved
  • Details: The New Contact trigger’s sample/test data put output fields about the Contact in a nested contact field, but when triggered in a Zap, they were at the top level instead. This has been resolved by making the two match structures.

  • Issue: When a Zap using Find Contact ran, sometimes it would remain in a “Playing” status in Zap history indefinitely and never complete.
  • Status: Resolved

  • Issue: The New Task trigger sometimes resulted in an error: While requesting "dev_method" from Keap we ran into an error: The app returned "Task not found."
  • Status: Resolved
  • Details: This was related to the consolidation of two different Keap integrations into one. The New Task trigger has been renamed to New Assigned Task to clarify that it will only work for tasks assigned to the Keap account that is connected to Zapier. The New Task Event trigger has been renamed to New Task (All Tasks) so it’s more clear that this one should be used for all tasks.
