  • Status: Implemented
  • Details: The new Updated Contact triggers when a Contact is updated in Intercom
  • Feature: New features for the Send Incoming Message action
  • Status: Implemented
  • Details: The action Send Incoming Message now works for any type of Contact (lead, user, visitor—not only just users), supports searching by both email address or Contact ID (not only just email address), and checks for non-existent or duplicate Contacts

  • Details: New versions of the triggers New Conversation and Tag Added to Conversation now have real sample data instead of a hard-coded sample

  • Details: The trigger New Closed Conversation now includes the entire conversation (not just a single message)

  • Details: The new Updated Ticket triggers when a Ticket is updated in Intercom
  • Feature: New ways to add or remove tags from a Contact, User, or Lead
  • Status: Implemented
  • Details: The actions Add Tag to Contact and Remove Tag from Contact can use an ID or user ID (not only just an email address as before) (note: this was done via replacement actions for the previous actions Add/Remove Tag on User and Add/Remove Tag on Lead)
  • Issue: Company information is missing from the New User trigger data
  • Status: Resolved
  • Details: For the trigger New User, company information is now properly included
