Zap for Finding Quickbooks Chart of Account ID #'s

Hi there, I'm building an automated expense tracking system for the business I work with to reduce my workload and something that really takes me a long time is finding all of the Chart of Account ID#'s that you can only see when you select an account field in building a zap to customize an expense. Has anyone found an easier way to get these numbers in mass amounts? The only other option I have is to go through and manually enter these numbers into my database...

Creating Box folders suddenly and *randomly* throwing a 400 error

For at least the past year, we've had a Zap which built up a folder full of folders on Box. Recently, the Zap started throwing a 400 PATH error on certain steps. As I step through the Zap, some of the steps do their job of creating a Box folder, yet some simply won't do it and throw this error. Not sure what changed or why this seems to be randomly working. If I try the exact same step again after a bit, it will sometimes work, yet I have done nothing different. Any help or suggestions are most appreciated.

Hello everyone, after several attempts, I can't format the incoming dates in zapier.Mail Parser sends me the data DD MM YYYYI want to recover them exactly like that in Airtable.The prolem is that zapier turns me into MM DD YYYYSuddenly impossible to read them correctly by Airtable.I tried everything with the formatter zapier nothing helps ...thank you very much

Klaviyo Email List Integration via Squarespace not working

 I’m having a problem with the double opt-in. I have a Squarespace account that is linked to Klaviyo via a Zapier integration. The integration links users who fill out the form on my Squarespace account to my Klaviyo email list. Currently, whenever someone fills out the form, I get the double opt-in email confirmation (that they should be receiving) to my email address and they are not being added to my list.Do you know what problem I need to fix?

writing a boolean value to Firebase

Hi! I'm new to Zapier but very excited about the possibilities! I'm doing a Zap where I'm taking data from a Google form and using it to write data to Firebase. Everything works fine with just one problem -- Zapier is writing by boolean value as a string. I want false instead of "false".Is there a way to tell Zapier to create a bool instead of a string?Many thanks for your help.

Post Photo in Facebook Groups not posting photo

My zaps are posting the description into the Facebook Group but not the photo. The error returned is as follows: We had trouble sending your test through.The app returned "Your photos couldn't be uploaded. Photos should be less than 4 MB and saved as JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, HEIF or WebP files.". This usually happens when your Zap is missing a required field or a field value isn't in a recognized format. We made a request to graph.facebook.com and received (400) Bad Request.However, the link to the image I'm wanting to attach to the zap made post is well under 4MB. Any suggestions on what might be the issue? I've read everything I can find in the community and regarding the zap, but I just can't seem to figure out why I consistently get this error.

Hello,I'm trying to setup the following flow but am having trouble.I have a form on my WordPress website that I want to populate my main audience in MailChimp and assign a specific tag that says which form the person filled out so that it can send the automation emails for that specific subscriber.I've tried the Catch Hook zap but it says that the email address must already be a subscriber or else it will fail.Any ideas?Jennifer

webhook to mailchimp

I have a webhook set up with my website that is hosted/run by Vimeo OTT. The goal is to pull the new subscriber info from my site and send the info to Mailchimp. I'm not sure the zap is working and I continue to get the same error message about a missing address. The data from the webhook doesn't contain the address, but apparently Mailchimp requires it? I'd love any advice or help troubleshooting.

Can you send a email through Gmail using an email provided in a Trello Card?

I'm trying to find a way to automatically update customers on the progress of their job as it moves through our Trello board.An example of what I would like to have happen is if I move a job card to "In Production" the customer receives an e-mail updating them that their job is being worked on.I was thinking that creating a Trello comment in the job card with just the customer's e-mail might work but I'm not sure since the triggers and results are a bit confusing to me.

RESTORE A ZAP TO EARLIER TIME?

My developer I paid to make a ZAP created a PERFECTLY functioning zap and my stupid self went inside to look for a value of a particular google sheet. Little did I know, entering the zap made me test and rerun things and now it's not working. Bottom line, regardless of how I messed it up... is there a function to restore a zap to an earlier time? I am so freaking mad at myself : (

Collect Zap and filter Zap triggers?

Hi guys! Would it be possible for Zapier to catch all triggers for a specific Zap during the day and then, at a defined time, perform some operations on those triggers and then discard some and release others? I strongly assume this is not possible, at least not in a way that wouldn't inflate my use of Tasks astronomically even though the initial idea behind it was to reduce the number of Tasks performed. Out of curiosity though, I still wonder how to go about this type of question...Background: So I have a CRM and to perform some consistency checks (duplicate record checks) I need the data to be available outside the CRM, it should be SOMEWHAT up to date. I basically push all new and updated CRM entries to a Google Sheet (PieSync could be a much easier option, but for the sake of argument...). Now: There might be a lot of edits to an entry in the CRM in a single day, however, I don't need each change to be pushed by Zapier to the GSheet. Let's say, I want the GSheet to

Can an Action also know which Trigger it was paired with?

Hello Zapier community! Is it possible to implement an Action that knows which Trigger it was used with?For example, if someone wanted to make a Zap triggered by uploading to their Instagram account, I'd like to trigger an action that knows it was Instagram as opposed to, say, Pinterest. It's not enough to guess based on the URL because the trigger could also be GMail or Slack, where people can put URLs that could look like anything.We'd like to be able to track not only that the requests are coming from Zapier, but where in Zapier is it coming from specifically, without needing to bother the user by asking them to manually input which trigger they used. Is this possible?Thank you once again!

Download Zap History as CSV not working

The Download Zap History as CSV is not working. I select all on page, then select "Select all (5,000 at a time)" then click "Download 5000", it pops up, then sits there for 24+ hours doing nothing (no email, no promt... nothing). =( Does anyone else's download zap history function work?

Connecting with Kaizala's webhooks

Hello friends, I've been trying to setup Kaizala's webhook with Zapier. The problem that I've got is that in order to subscribe an URL, the webhook sends (POST) and expects to receive (GET) a token, and I have not been able to do that double function on my Zap. Setting Up Connection to GitHub

I'm trying to connect GitHub to Trello and Zapier is not recognizing my GitHub repo. It validates when i add it to My Apps, but when i try to test it in the Zap, it doesn't show the repos that I have and the connection test fails. I've e-mailed Zapier to ask for help, but I'm in the middle of my free trial so I'm not a priority (which doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling about them, BTW). Anyone who can let me know what I need to provide to the program so I can get this running?

Shopify with Customer.io integration issue

Hi everyone, 🧞‍♂️In my company, we use Shopify to sell some items and we have our regular site to sell other items.We use customer.io as our CRM tool.We want to integrate Shopify with customer.io.The trigger should be that whenever a customer makes a purchase on Shopify, it either updates the customer info in customer.io (or creates a new one if inexistent).Where we're struggling is that, the customer ID we have in customer.io and shopify will never match, therefore, it will always create a new customer and never update an existing one.The customer ID is the required field. If email was the required field and the one we could use to match, that would solve our issue.Has anyone experienced this? Any workarounds?Thanks!!🔮
