Basecamp 3 search string

I would like to set up a step to add a person to a project in Basecamp when a new project is created. I’ve set up the step to “Find a Project in Basecamp 3”, but I don’t know what to type into the “search name” box to look for the name of the new project each tie. All of the options from the dropdown menu are not correct. Does anyone know how to write a search string for this?

Missing contact information provided by Hubspot

Has anyone tried to integrate Hubspot and Docusign? I would like to send new contract from docusign to the Recipient Email which is located in my new deal in Hubspot  after some trigger - for example when my new deal will change some stage. Problem is that i don’t see any “Recipient Email” information provided by Hubspot.

How to link only one cell from google sheet to slack?

Hi, I am trying to link google sheets to slack in a way that when someone updates the amount of one particular cell on Google sheet, an automatic message is sent on slack channel with the updated amount of that cell only. However, the issue is that anytime an amount is changed above that specific cell, Zapier sends 2 messages on slack, one shows the amount of the cell that was edited and the other of the cell I want (this is Total amount).

When a custom button is pressed in Insightly, I have setup a webhook in zapier that will create a new row in mssql server. I am trying to figure out how to assign custom fields from insightly to fields in the new row of mssql server. All the standard fields show in the drop down, but the custom fields are all on one line. {}   please advise

How to identify what triggered a Jira Service Desk updated issue event

I’m trying to set up a zap that, when a ticket in Jira Service Desk is updated, lets the user who opened the ticket know via a message from a Slack bot. Unfortunately, the Jira Service Desk integration “Issue Updated” event pulls all of the data about that issue in - I’m trying to figure out how to parse from that info what actually triggered the update event. It could be a new comment, or an update to the issue status. Is anyone familiar enough with the Jira API to point me in the right direction on how to pick out what the update is? Would be much appreciated.

Salesforce: OwnerID to Owner name

Hi all,  I’ve created a Zap that is sending a Slack notif when a new demo is booked based on a Salesforce Event. As soon as one of my Sales team member books a demo, he has to create an Event with a subject name starting with Demo …. In my Slack notification, I’d like to receive the name of the event (no problem with that), the account linked to the event, the description (no problem with that) the date and time & the owner assigned. Unfortunately, I only can get the date & time in the salesforce date&time stamp format and the owner ID.  Is there a way to transform those data into the data format I want to receive ?

selecting a custom zoom webinar to add registrants to

i’m trying to set up a new zap where i look up a record in airtable that contains a zoom webinar URL and an email address, and it registers that email address to that webinar   the problem is, i can’t figure out how to specify a custom webinar, using either the URL or the ID number at the end of the url. all i can see how to do is set up a zap for one webinar that i select myself   is there anything i can do here?

Parse Email Reply / Extract last message only

I'm looking at parsing out just the most recent reply/message from an email thread as part of a zap. I've found this link but how to I use it within a Zap? https://github.com/zapier/email-reply-parser i.e. when I pick up a thread from gmail how do I just extract the most recent message? Is this possible in Code by Zapier and if so how? E.g. Input: Yes that is fine, I will email you in the morning. Need help with assigning discord roles after woocommerce order

Hey, I’m currently trying to create a zap that has the zapier bot that will allow a customer access to our chosen discord and given a specific role after their woocommerce order is completed.    I’m having trouble in various stages of this.  The first step is creating a subscription in woocommerce which I’ve done correctly. The next step is adding this customer to our discord server, not sure if I’ve done this correctly but the bot is in our server.  The final step is to give the customer a specific role in our discord server, however I can’t even find the “discord” option that I created with my checkout form on the website. All I can find our the labels such as “billing name, billing email, etc” nothing about the discord field I personally created and is on the checkout form like everything else.   I’m not opposed to hiring someone to help me as I’ve paid I think $60 for zapier to be able to do this automated task and I just want to have this completed as I’m manually adding 20

I’m trying to figure out how to create a Zap. When a contact enters their info in my Click Funnel I want that contact to be sent to Follow Up Boss.  I tried to set it up and now my Zapier account says I used up 601 tasks!! Please help! I’m happy to pay someone to show me how to do this or set it up for me.

Nightly backup of Zaps

I want to automate the creation of backups of my Zaps. I have a paid account. Today I have to: use the UI, visit Settings > Data Management > Export My Data go to my email, find the “Your Zapier account data is ready to download” email, click on the button “Download your account data” download the file (doesn’t need to be authenticated) unzip the file   inflating: task_history_download_urls.csv   inflating: zapfile.json   inflating: zap_data.json I appreciate I could drive a headless browser, but is there a simpler way to automate step 1? I want to do this nightly. Thanks,    Martin

can a multistep zap do more than 1 webhook catch?

my zap starts with a catch that gets a record from my database.  now I need data from another record based on the data I got in my catch webhook post; next when I try to add another webhook, I don’t get the catch term again or a url to give to my database system.   is it just not possible for a zap to do 2 catches?

Hello Is it possible to create a different table for each option of a form on facebook? For example, you can create a different table for each option in a facebook form: I have a form on facebook with 3 choices (3 possible stores). I would like that, depending on the choice made, the contact enters the table corresponding to the store.

Manually add info to Google Sheet?

Hello.  Basic question, I know, but I just need double verification on something I believe to be true.  Here’s my set up: User completes a Google Form Data from Form is sent to corresponding Sheet My Zap pulls data from Sheet and emails the User I also need our staff to have the ability to manually add User information to the same Sheet (Form Responses 1) that the Form data is pushing to From what I know, this is OK to do as long as they add the info to the BOTTOM of the Sheet. The Zap can still remain ‘on’ and any new data in the sheet will be put after the manually added data? (the reason, if it’s necessary to know, is that my Zap emails the user a unique number, which is just their row number, and I need any of our staff manually adding users info to be able to give the user their number via telephone as they manually add it).   Thanks!

I have tried to use Zapier to integrate AWEBER with ZOOM webinar . My issue is that when i tried to link the zoom recurring webinar ( with a single registration ) with Aweber using Zapier , It failed . It says only a ZOOM normal 1 time webinar can be linked with Aweber , not a recurring webinar series . Please confirm this .
